Here are the minutes of the board meeting held Saturday morning after convention:

They are to be approved at the summer board meeting in Hendersonville on July 17.

At the Spring 2010 annual meeting on April 18 it was noted that the Past Presidents were listed in a separate category in the attendee list above. It was clarified that these people did not have a vote at the board meeting. The immediate past president is a member of the board for one year after her term expires. Other past presidents have a vote at the annual meeting (under current bylaws).
