Support for rights of nontraditional families added to AAUW Public Policy Program.
The bill to allow parents to choose comprehensive sex ed for their children has been ratified by both houses of the NC legislature.
$tart $mart workshops teach junior and senior college women how to benchmark the salary of the job they want when they graduate and learn basic salary negotiation skills. This sessions trains those interested in pay equity to be able to conduct these workshops and/or to recruit campuses to host the workshops.
