Each year the AAUW-Wilmington Branch, offers scholarships to non-traditional students who are enrolled at the University of North at Wilmington. Jean Schaefer, president of the Wilmington branch, is pictured with this year’s scholarship recipient, Elizabeth Fonteyne. Ms. Fonteyne expressed appreciation for scholarship assistance during the annual Carolina Author’s Luncheon event, held at UNCW Warwick Center, November 2009.
