At the March 29 annual meeting in Burlington, the AAUW NC members present, representing 14 of our branches, passed a resolution in support of the public teachers of North Carolina
This will be forwarded to the leadership in the NC General Assembly and to the NC Association of Legislators.
Note that all AAUW members in the state are encouraged to let their own legislators know their views.
