AAUW Asheville is a vibrant branch with nearly 120 members and multiple special interest groups. The branch will meet 5 times in the 2023-2024 year, three with speakers and two social events. For the speaker meetings from 11:30 to 1:00, we will enjoy lunch and conversation/networking in addition to the speaker and a brief business meeting. Our focus is AAUW mission related, especially in public policy and advocacy and a recent revival of STEM related activities with community partners. Our branch annual dues are $13.00.
