Earlier this year, AAUW announced the goal to train 100,000 women with the online Work Smart program!
Exactly 102,656 women completed Work Smart by the August deadline.
The new AAUW goal is to reach 10 million women by 2022.
What can we do in North Carolina?
- Pledge to finish Work Smart online.
We all negotiate daily. Why not learn how to help others practice salary negotiation skills? Why not learn more about the resources available online for salary information and job openings?
Add your name to the 10 million who will be completing Work Smart online.
- Help your branch plan salary negotiation activities
This can be either a formal workshop, or several casual meet-ups where women complete Work Smart online and then practice negotiation skills together. What a great ongoing program for the local library and a branch to sponsor together!
